Privacy note

Kolin’s (“we”) collects the details you send us through the Pencil Booking and Guest Book forms: your name, contact details, event dates and venues, and your message.

How we use them

• Pencil bookings are used only to contact you about your event and to plan your decorations.
• Guest book messages are published on this website only after our team approves them. We show your name, event type and message — never your email address.
• We keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to prevent spam. We never sell or share your details.

Spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
